Where is the BOP stack ...?

This video was taken on the 22nd of May.......can anybody confirm the location of this video....?
 It looks like a crater in the floor of the ocean...with a broken riser pipe spewing oil...

From what people are saying about the possibility of a collapse....how do we know for sure it didn't already happen..?  Or that they are being entirely honest about the chain of events......?
