What does the MMS say about dispersants..?

This first document is absolutely huge, so I cannot copy and add the entire thing. I will just say that one of the most important things revealed in it is that dispersants only have a 6 hour window for treatment. So it's quite possible that the surface application to the slicks is already pointless. Read this, send it to friends, let's spread the word, and use their own documents to expose the truth. It is not pretty.

This document is from Jim Clark of Exxon fame, talking about COREXIT products and exactly how they work.
